Leon's is looking for highly organized, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic IT Support Desk team.
Location: Leon’s Home Office
· Provide IT support to end user on a variety of issues
· Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
· Create and assign tickets
· Provide Tier 1 IT Helpdesk support
· Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
· Other duties as assigned
· A positive attitude and sense of teamwork is a must!
· Excellent customer service skills
· Exceptional Communication skills
· Knowledge of commonly-used IT concepts, practices, and procedures
· Ability to accurately and consistently understand and execute company procedures and policies
· Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays
· Additional IT knowledge and experience beneficial
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
